To reach the ONE within a 20-minute drive of our campus.
The ONE is the person who doesn’t know Jesus yet. We want them to come to know Jesus. and find a church home with us right here atThrive.
MISSION
Follow Jesus
At Thrive, we believe that Jesus is the one we all need. From the very beginning, he called people to follow him. He still calls people to follow him today!
Mark 2:13-14
“Once again, Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them. As he walked along, he saw Levi, son of Alphaeus, sitting at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow me,” Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.”
Connect People
We want to help everyone find meaningful connections. The church isn’t a building; it’s the people. We are better together.
1 Corinthians 12:12-14
“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so, the body is not made up of one part but of many.”
Serve Our World
The church is the hands and feet of Jesus. We are called to put our faith into action. Whether through local partnerships or our missionaries, we serve as a response to God’s love for us.
Mathew 5:16
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
VALUES
Authenticity
We all have broken places and messy situations in our lives. We want people to be free to come as they are because we value being real with one another, ourselves, and with God.
Relationships
We want as many people as possible to find good friends in the church. Thrive is a community of communities, and our groups are so important in all of this.
Generosity
We value generosity with our time, talent, and treasure. When we realize God's generosity with us, how can we live any other way?
Love
We’re not going to judge people; instead, we will welcome them, include them, and help them know God’s love here at Thrive.
Faith
Nothing big ever happened without taking a risk. Each time we’ve stretched out in faith, it has been amazing to see how God has shown his faithfulness to us.
Joy
We are serious about our vision and mission but will not take ourselves too seriously. We will choose to have fun along the way.
